Trainee+Up is an intermediary organisation working in the European educational programme sector under the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme.

Our main objective is to bridge education and employment sectors by connecting skilled students and teachers from across Europe with Barcelona based companies. We do so by coordinating a variety of internship and educational programmes in Barcelona.

Trainee+Up assists vocational schools and universities from all over Europe participating in the Erasmus+ Programme providing quality internships for students and job shadowing programmes for staff  which will strengthen their future career prospects. In doing so, we support local organisations based in Barcelona, Spain as they compete within the global economy.

We also manage in a personalised way all documentations required, give student’s assistance and prepare all the logistics upon arrival of participants including transfers, accommodation, meals, language courses and cultural programme.

Trainee+Up has been involved in a variety of Erasmus+ mobilities for learners since 2015. We look after the entire project delivery abroad, support schools and host companies with the required documentation and participants with a personalised mentoring.
