It is necessary to announce every change during your stay in the Czech Republic.
- change of the address (30 days)
- change of  the status (marriage, divorce, ...)
- birth
- change of the surname

All changes should be reported at the local Foreigner Department.

For any delay the local Foreigner Department can apply a fine at range of CZK 3.000,-
